Make Purchases: Payment information is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your payment card details.

Interact with Content: Favorites, saved builds, viewing history, search queries, preferences, and other interactions with App content.

The AI Build Roast feature is intended for Minecraft build screenshots and similar gameplay-related images only. You should not submit images containing faces, children, personal documents, addresses, contact details, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  Device identifiers used for app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, security, fraud prevention, or subscription management, where applicable

  We do not access the iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Android Advertising ID for tracking unless we have obtained any consent required by applicable law and platform rules.

Usage Information:

• Features accessed and time spent in the App

• Content viewed, searches performed, and interactions with builds

• Subscription status and purchase history

• App performance data, crashes, and error logs

• Session duration and frequency of use

Location Information:

• General location data derived from IP address (country/region level)

• We do NOT collect precise GPS location data

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

• App Stores: Apple App Store and Google Play Store provide purchase and subscription information

• Analytics Providers: Aggregated usage statistics and performance data

• Social Media: If you choose to connect social media accounts (profile information you permit us to access)

3.3 AI Build Roast Feature

If you choose to use the AI Build Roast feature, we use the image or screenshot you submit, together with related request information, to generate AI-powered feedback, ratings, analysis, and humorous “roast” responses.

To provide this feature, your submitted image and related request may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence service provider for processing and response generation.

AI Build Roast is optional. You do not need to use this feature to access the main App functionality.

We use submitted AI Build Roast images only to provide the requested AI feature. We do not sell submitted images, use them for advertising, publicly share them, or distribute them to other users.

Noobo does not store submitted AI Build Roast images after processing, except where temporary storage is technically necessary for processing, security, debugging, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operation.

AI-generated responses, ratings, prompts, usage events, and related metadata may be stored where necessary to provide the feature, maintain your account history, improve the user experience, provide support, prevent abuse, or operate the Service.

By tapping the relevant submit, send, continue, or confirmation button in the AI Build Roast feature, you agree that the selected image and related request may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate your AI result.

If you do not want your image to be processed by a third-party AI provider, do not use the AI Build Roast feature.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

5.1 App Store Platforms

Your use of the App involves Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which have their own privacy policies:

Noobo does not sell submitted AI Build Roast images, use them for advertising, or publicly share them with other users.

Your use of AI features may also be subject to the technical processing, security, and abuse-prevention practices of our AI service providers.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Service and maintain your account

• Comply with legal obligations

• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

• Achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy

Specific Retention Periods:

• Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter

• Transaction Records: Retained for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)

• AI Build Roast Images: Submitted images are used to generate the requested AI result and are not stored by Noobo after processing, except where temporary storage is technically necessary for processing, security, debugging, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operation.

  AI Results and Metadata: AI-generated responses, ratings, prompts, usage events, and related metadata may be retained as needed to provide the feature, maintain account history, improve the user experience, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with legal obligations, or operate the Service.

When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)

• Encryption at rest for sensitive data

• Access controls and authentication

• Regular security assessments

• Employee training on data protection

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Users must confirm that they are at least 13 years old or otherwise have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The AI Build Roast feature is intended for Minecraft build screenshots and similar gameplay-related images only. Users must not submit images containing children, faces, personal documents, addresses, contact details, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable. We do not knowingly:

Use images submitted through AI Build Roast for advertising;

The AI-generated response is provided to you in the App.

Noobo does not sell your submitted image.

Noobo does not use your submitted image for advertising.
